This 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home offers 2785 total square feet of indoor/outdoor living space with 360 degree water views. The three bedrooms are all downstairs and all offer queen beds.
Master bedroom has an expansive en suite bathroom, separate shower, double vanity & soaker tub. The guest rooms are accessed by hallway and share a hall bathroom. Laundry room with Washer-Dryer, Geo Thermal A/C. The upper level is all open living-dining-kitchen where every window and doorway offers a water view. The east side porch seats 4 for coffee or cocktails and is a great spot to enjoy afternoon ocean views.
The west side porch is larger, offers sunsets, outdoor dining & seating, BBQ grill and exciting views of the harbour, marina and village activity. Upper level off the east porch offers a powder room.
